Welcome to the New Website
There are two distinct sections of the website: Resident Portal and the Community Site.
This takes some getting used to. Management has worked with communities transitioning into this new type of website and the results have been very good. Luckily, we have customer support available just a call or email away at support@pilera.com and 877.974.5372.
When logged into any version of the website (Resident Portal or Community Website) you are logged into the other. No need for multiple logins and passwords.
Please enable text messages for alerts regarding theft or criminal reports from the neighborhood.
How to Change your Contact Info and Directory Settings in the Resident Portal
If you want to add additional Contact Info …
Now that you have added any additional Contact Info for your account, you can tell the Directory to show whatever you wish from those entries.
REMINDER: This How To is for the Resident Portal and not the Community Site.

Social Media Statement
Any member of the Board of Directors speaking on any social media platform such as Facebook, Threads, BlueSky, Twitter, Instagram, etc. does so not as a Board member, but as a homeowner and member of this community, no different from anyone else living within the Clublands of Antioch HOA.
Clublands of Antioch HOA and Foster Premier have no control over or say in what is posted on social media about the Association, its residents, projects, financials, future plans, etc. We do not consider any post or thread on these online forums to be representative of our Board of Directors or Management. We also value our residents' ability to speak freely and openly with one another about matters important to them. The Clublands private Facebook page is one such area that community concerns, news, and speculation can be posted and discussed amongst your peers without oversight by Management or the Board of Directors. We cannot and will not request that statements put there be taken down by moderators.
From time to time, to maximize our ability to reach all residents, the Board or Management may ask the moderators to post a meeting date, document, or complete communication to the entire community there, in addition to a paper version being sent via US Mail and/or an email blast being sent out via our official website. This is more for convenience and at the request of our homeowners. Usually, we will ask that comments be turned off as we cannot respond to questions posted there.
If you want an official answer to any question regarding the Association, you may contact the Board of Directors through the Management Company. We will put our response in writing and provide you with the information you request.
