The Clublands of Antioch Homeowners Association is managed by Foster Premier. Closing documentation can be purchased from Homewise Docs, link below.
The Association allows rentals. The Association expects all tenants to be vetted by their landlords before being granted a lease. If a unit is leased, the landlord should provide Management a copy of the lease.
Foster Premier will not respond to questions from purchasers or their representatives. You must contact the seller or their representatives and ask your questions to them. Foster Premier has been contracted by the Association to provide the 22.1 Disclosure and Paid Assessment Letter.
