Below are some of our amenities and points of interest here at the Clublands.
Playgrounds. The Clublands of Antioch offers a brand new playground installed in 2018 and 2019 with additional Tot Lots sprinkled throughout the community. This gives access to a playground area to most of our residents without significant travel becoming necessary. The main playground is located in Heartland Park at the center of our community.
Walking Trails. The Clublands of Antioch offers residents many walking trails good for running, biking, and hiking. These wooded trails are maintained annually and provide a scenic view of Homer White Lake
Homer White Lake. One of our most important amenities continues to be White Lake, situated within the center of our community. We offer three docks and fish stocking for bass and other species so that our residents can find a nice spot to cast and go fishing. Canoes and kayaks can be launched from our designated boat launches. We do not police or enforce safety rules on the lake, that is the responsibility of each resident.
White Lake Kayak Launch. We have multiple piers/docks for fishing and kayaking. Our main launch area is pictured here and is easily accessible with short term parking on Club Lake Drive.
The Clubhouse and Pools. The Clublands had always been designed around a Clubhouse as a central feature for residents to come together. In 2022 the Association broke ground on their new Clubhouse and we anticipate completion of the Clubhouse very soon. Once open it will provide its own amenities and programs available to our residents as well as two pools, a spa, and a fitness center.
